PLC Tuesday, November 6th

Notes: This is the outdoor program the boys selected. A big "THANKS" to all the adult volunteers. It will be up to us to see that it comes off successfully. Here is what is expected:

Of the Coordinators - a date and location for the program, coordination with the property owners whether it be a state park or private property, negotiation of any fees, a program itinerary for the weekend, and of course, your attendance to help it run smoothly...

Of the Grubmasters - a menu for the Old Bucks, purchase of the food items, coordination of required troop cooking gear, assignment of cooks and clean-up crews, and of course, your attendance to help it run smoothly...

Please coordinate all your activities with the Outdoor Activities Coordinator, Debbie Bharucha. She has a lot of good information and resources from past activities that I would encourage everyone to take advantage of. We normally set our campouts for the third weekend of the month, but we can be somewhat flexible if changing the weekend would improve the outing. The final itinerary should be coordinated with the Scoutmaster to ensure traditional activities (e.g. patrol time, campfires, chapel, etc...) are included.

Thanks Again! I'm already looking forward to next year. Tom
